What an audit looks like
In the first 5–10 working days we deliver:
- A risk register (security, performance, reliability, maintainability) with severity scores
- A dependency report (which libraries are unmaintained, EOL, or vulnerable)
- A “lights-on” plan: what we will do in month one to stabilize
- An “extend or rewrite” recommendation, with rough cost on both paths
You decide what happens next. We don’t have an incentive to push you toward a rewrite.
